About
In 1986, a group of about 40 Armenian-American college students descended on Washington DC for a summer of work and play. We were all part of the Armenian Assembly of America's summer intern program, which found us housed in dorms on the campus of George Washington University, placed in jobs that were associated with our majors, and enjoying weekend outings together that were both educational and recreational.
A subset of this group has remained steadfast in our friendship. We hail from California (2), Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, and we have been getting together for long weekends and life event celebrations in cities across the country for the past four decades, culminating in this reunion trip to our homeland. Unfortunately, three of our seven are not traveling with us, but enjoy these pictures of us over the years!
